RETURNS or REFUNDS
Please choose carefully when ordering your clothing or products. Decorated goods created as ordered ( correctly) will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or significantly different to the picture or product shown in description. Please note that colours can differ slightly on different computer monitors and devices.
As quality issues rarely occur , usually we will ask to return the goods for inspection, Emilu and Maple reserves the rights to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If Emilu and Maple deems your item is faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability.
In the event if your product is lost in transit, Emilu and Maple will not be held liable therefore recommends that you send via registered mail by your postal carrier. All disputes are to be taken up with Australia Post.
Contact is to be made 7 days from receipt if faulty or incorrect of receiving your item.
All items have to be received in their original condition and packaging in an unworn and unmarked condition.
